Why not Introduce yourself as your first comment!

I'm Martin Hughes purple belt in Karate @ NIAKW and I made this site as a University project.

It will continue as promo site for NIAKW and means of contacting members.

Also I want to bring the Karate community together for benefits to all.

Im Michael Phillips, 1st Kyu brown belt, former BWKS National Champion, (kumite and kata), fought in World Wado Kai Championships in Moscow in 2002. More recently, completed first ever half marathon....!!

Hi, my name is Eugene Hamill. Once when I was younger (1978) and sported a nose full of black heads I was the youngest Karate Black Belt in Ireland. Now I am much older the black heads have all gone and my Black Belt in Karate? ….. well, some nights I still dream I’m back there in the dojo. It was good.

Hey, I'm currently a purple belt, but haven't been karate training in a wee while. I started with the club in the summer of '95 (if I remember correctly).

Have picked up some silverware in the BWKS national championships over various years, including a third place, that I'm particularly pleased with, in the three man team event which was open to all grades and weights. (Daire and Aid were the other members of the team that day.)
